a SW tank will work for fresh. you can use the sump etc. Lots of people just want to off the tank, what maijor city are you near? (new england is a region after all not a city/state )

Around here you mostly get equipment with the occasional oscar or whatever that's grown out of its 75 gallon tank. It's really hit or miss.
