Thank you, guys for ALL your help, you all have been very helpful, my tank water is looking clearer now. I believe it was just my backround, it had some buildup on it (if thats what its called.that crusty stuff but not so much of it just a little) so i wiped that down and also all sides of the glass, and it looked a bit more clearer, and also i might of did a water change back when i made the thread I dont remember but that always makes the water a bit cloudy. But over all its better now. Thanx again guys! :)

Magnet cleaner, sponges, fish pads, feh - I use snails! ;)

As for filtering, I over-filter on every tank but my 20g. A Penguin 150 is on the 20, a Whisper 20 on my 10g, and two Penguins (170 and 200) and a Hydor 1600 on my 55.

If you have one of those hoods with a "regular" (incandescent) bulb in it, they can make the tank look yellow. I had one on a betta tank once, when I changed it for a screw-in fluorescent, the tank looked a lot better. They have the lights in the fish section in Walmart for about $5.
