my 55 gallon tank cost 700 dollars . it was my 16th birthday present from my father, it came with hood, light, filter, gravel and the tank. i have set up this tank and broken it down at least 4 times since then so i have invested alot into it. all in all i have spent about 1500$+ for everything.

umm the tank all the equipment stand i live in canada so its more i have like 450 dollars of live rock

I dunno, I mean with corals and everything I am at like 2500-3000 US, even taking Canadian prices I am not seeing 2000K there...maybe I am missing something

I feel like a got a cheap tank. I only spent like 250 bucks or so. 150 for the tank and probably 100 dollars on fish and supplies.

my lfs now gives me big deals on all my stuff so im not spending much on any of my stuff and thats a bouns

well dude, i work at a LFS and i still have spent over $5000

im a bargain shopper, ill look around till i find a good deal on something, i got my 55 complete with everything (even gravel and decorations) for 100$, i just picked up the 20 gallon with hood, lights and heater for 25$ also.id say i have about 500$ in all 5 of my tanks.
