im trying to save enough space for corals. if i get a clown i want it to maybe host in frogspawn. how bad is the sting on these corals? do they sell drip aclimation kits at petsmart or at a lfs?

Looks good, looks like you have lots of levels to put corals on and a nice LR cave for the fish.

I was under the impression that you drip aclimated with a bucket and some airline tubing...

great job. How close is the rock to the back tank wall? far enough away that fish can swim back through there and you get enough water flow through? Great cave. You should be able to buy a couple yards of 1/4" airline tube at lowes or even a pet store and then just tie a knot in it to slow the flow to a drip and voila......drip into a bucket and you are good to go. The only thing is that with a 10g tank and a 3 g bucket you may want to slow that drip quite a bit so you don't lower the level in your tank too much.....

I use a 1 gallon plastic water container with the top cut-off for my acclimating, putting the bag in the container. I empty out about half of the water in the bag, then regulate the drip so it's one drop per second, and leave it for 45 minutes to an hour.

I only add about half a gallon (usually less) when i acclimate.

update: a while ago i found out the tank was not cycled, the algaes in the tank were eating the ammonia and other stuff to make it seem like the tank was cycled.

It is now officialy cycled now, i went to aquatouch and bought the following,

2 astrae snails
1 emerald crab
2 nasarius snails(spelling)

the astrae have to be the slowest moving things in the tank they rae algae eating machines though!

here is a pic i took before i went to aquatouch yesterday
