my neighbors "one-of-a-kind" cat

apparently they found this guy in Hawaii and his ear was a little messed up. They brought him back home and this is what they did to fix his ear lol. He's perfectly fine but everytime he stops by I have to chuckle a little btw, cost of cat ear reconstruction is $3000.
