kinda worried

ok i rolled over in bed this morning and looked over at my tank and saw something silvery floating in the water. there are hundreds of silvery threads floating in my tank . any ideas what this is?

noone has any ideas what this is ? ive gotta figure it out before i will even put my rock in.

i dont have a camera that can focus on something that small. they are like little tiny super thin pieces of tinsel floating in my tank.

could be just some type of build up of organic waste... I don't know if you have a skimmer or not but I don't yet in my tank and after awhile I get stuff like that at my surface but mine is more brownish.

i got a little P.O.S. biocube skimmer cheap and it got rid of it
