please help me with the tank

I just worry that the edges of fins started to torn (sorry, i forgot to mention it)

Is there any way you can take this fish out an put it in its own tank.. you'd at least be able to treat him seperately, and also eliminate anything in the tank hes in now from being a culpret for the tearing/puncture?

I have a small emergency tank that I use for things like this... would that be a possibility for you ?

then again the stress of moving to another tank could be a bad thing...
