IMO u want a sand bed i dont like it to deep.... and your guna want crabs in a fowlr tank as part of the cleanup crew

33 gallons are really long, why don't you just buy a twenty long...it should fit in there...are you sure that stand is sturdy enough to hold a 55 + sump?

20 gallon should work pretty nicley...my problem is my stand is only 11 inches wided and the 20 gallon is 12 inches

Underneath my stand is 29", and 24" high, and 16.5" wide.....

I am going to be looking for a new fish tank today or stand, but i might go with new fish tank...
