Update:
After I adjusted the my seaclone just as few experts in a couple of sites suggested. Firts I replaced the sponge with an airstone and then adjusted the water on the on skimmer such that it just reached the cup. Then opened the air vavle full. I them made sure that the air stone is only 1 inch below the surface of the water. (it is recomended that the sponge is no more than 2 inches below the surface).
Within few days, my collection cup if full. Now I am emptying the cup about 3 or 4 times a week.
