starting my pico......finally

ok guys, update time. I got a turbo snail and 2 other small snails, forgot the name. Also, an emrald crab since they didn't have any hermits. Such a cool little guy! So funny how he eats, alternating with each claw as he stuffs his face with algae.

I just noticed this little hitchhiker on a branched piece of LR. I've seen them at the LFS before but never bothered to ask what they were. So what are these little guys?

went to the lfs today and picked up this ball of zoas for $12! Is there anything I should be adding to my tank now that I have a coral in there? I use Tropic Marin salt btw.

those things in the post before your last were aptasia. id juice them. and i really like your zoas!

picked up this tiny clown goby at the lfs for $8. Theres so much crap floating around in the back because my emrald crab thought it would be funny to spit right when I took the pic lol.

and ya, youll want to get a syringe and pump calcium into him till he pops...thier bad critters.

Just got a torch coral from the lfs for $30. Its pretty far away from my zoa's so as of now, they will be fine.

Went to the lfs today and picked up this hairy mushroom for $12. It's a little bigger than a quarter. After taking a pic of it, I went a little pic crazy and snapped pics of the other corals

picked up this frag for $20 yesterday. I can't wait for the zoas to fully open. apparently they're like 3 different types of super colors. The bad thing about the frag is theres like no bottom to it. Anyway I situate it, theres something under it. Might have to frag it.....who knows. There's even a cool little star fish in there somewhere.

just a warning that hairy mushroom is a fish eater. When they get big enough they trap fish in a bubble and slowly digest them, lost a clown and two cardinals to a 14" one.
