They're all doing well, with no more signs of wasting or anything. I'm sort of worried that whatever it is still there, just nobody is showing signs of it. I guess no news is good new though, right?

Ryan, IF your tank has TB, which is still in doubt, chances are all your fish have it, and can't be cured. All you can do for them is keep the water conditions as pristine as possible. But if you do have another tank at a later point and still suspect TB, do not add fish from the potentially infected tank, or use any common equipment between tanks or you will cross-infect.
I say keep calm and carry on.

Well, MGC, your Molly was probably deformed. A lot of fish, especially livebearers, get deformed from inbreeding. That's why you have to be carfeul with breeding them. I'm already setting up my second 10 gallon tank as a male/female split sell tank.
