I'm sure you can identify your two tetras that you dont know pretty easily just looking at pictures...have you tried our profile section? http://www.myfishtank.net/reviews/index.php

Also I agree thats a hatchet...cool little fish :) but they're beyond good jumpers. I have a tank that is completely covered except a LITTLE hole where the two tubes for my canister filter go through and I have had TWO hatchets jump out of that hole. First one I heard flipping on top of the tank and saved, 2nd was not so lucky and was found crunchy some time after its brief flight. :) They do really like to be in groups though, and pretty much always stick to the surface of the water. Mine will also only eat on the surface of the water so make sure you have some food that floats. When I feed bloodworms I hold some at surface level for them and they'll eat out of my hand (well...the container)
