Anthias are closer to basslets than wrasses, but behaviourally aren't too similar. Why don't you try to get a pair of flames. If you get a pair of very small flames at the smae time one will become a male in a few weeks. I've paired Centropyge a few times, it's nowhere near as hard as you'd imagine if you get a couple of small (< 2 inch ) juvies.
