pleco, pleco, pl*co?????

It is an internet/aquaria superstion. If you keep a pleco and wright the whole word out, your pleco will be cursed with the punishment of death....but if you use the term pl*co nothing bad will befall your belovid pleco. So the legend goes....

ARE YOU SERIOUS??? It is a joke right?
:D :D :p :p

Lee, its just superstition, but its fun anyway. Besides, it give us something to talk about :)

Yes, it is getting colder here in Alberta. Already need the furnace on, and I am bumping it up a few degrees because my betta tanks are now down to 74F from 80F a week ago (not heated).

My bigger tanks are in my computer room, so they are going to be just fine. I was bidding on a small heater for 3gal tanks that has an external core and a small submersible heating element. I lost the bid, but it would have been perfect for my little tanks. I might have to move all the tanks into the computer room if they get close to 72F.

Lol, oh she was impressed with me yesterday when she drove up and saw me with another tank ;)

Yup, just a little nuts. I am after 3 more tanks plus building a betta barraks. I need a small quarantine tank (about 5 or 10 gal), a 5gal tank for Rigel (so he can rest before and after breeding), and a big tank for my goldfish (which can wait a few months).

At least Christmas will be easy for my relatives... fish stuff, gift certificates for fish stuff, or maybe something else like ... say... fish stuff. (No clothing please!)

You have to understand, I work on computers all day, then I used to play or work all night on computers. Fish have been a real pleasent distraction from, your guessed it, computers!

Taking it one obsession at a time!
