Sweet Jeff, it's well worth the $. If you don't have it yet, I recomend aqualog's L numbers. By referencing both plus planet catfish you can pretty much get a posative ID on all the known plecs.

Silver, try different foods and increase water changes.

The Aqualog is on my wish list...couldn't do both at the same time cost-wise.

(As well as the Aqualogs I-IV for SA Cichlids, I-III for African Cichlids, All Rainbows, and South American Dwarf Cichlids. That'd be a decent start to my library :D)

Well being the compulsive person that I am.....I just ordered 2 more. muahahahahaha

These guys should be real fun to breed, now to get that 240 gal tank I'll need.
 Lucky beastard! You don't need the 240 though, I'll move my guys over to the 150 and you can just ship them to me and I'll breed them in the 220! :D

NICE man, just NICE! LOL *thumbsups

fat chance virgo. Sides I'm really wanting to get rid of some of these smaller tanks and make one large pleco tank. I'll pull what ever species I want to work with when I want them.

Sorry jeff alas no luck, the AC in the apartment just can't handle the load of all the heaters from the tanks, so I am un able to drop the temp enough for the males to get frisky. The females keep trying to get in but at 80F it just aint gonna happen. I plan on moving soon and this time will insist on a AC unit that can deal with....*cough* computers *cough*cough*

L114s should be here no later than Wed. Lets all say a prayer to the shipping gods.

Well at least put me at the top of the list for when they do breed.

I wish my L014 would grow a little faster.... and I'm getting my gibby next week... but there will always be a spot for a L114 here somewhere. :D

Hell no!, I needed new blood for my breeding pairs.

pfft don't need 4 indeed. How else am I gonna make sure I get a mixed sex, 6 would have been better, but um 6 10inch plecos....wow that's alot of gallonage needed.

We will see, :p I just did a 55 gal pleco habitat that is full of nothing but plecs an 1 breeding pair of angels, I'm thinking this would be cool on a much larger scale.:D But instead of a few angels I'm thinking 150 gal with a couple of Elec Blue Jacks, how is the temperment of yours?

LOL Sounds good, I wish I had the room to work with plecos more. I love the little suckers! :)

I was thinking of trying angels with my oscars because they are big wimps, but I woulden't do it unless I could move big Blue to a different tank. I have heard alot of people talking about the blues being alot less aggressive, but I think growing up as the only large fish in his tank has mine having an ego trip. He thinks the whole 220 is his and the oscars are invading LOL. I think he'd shred an angel.

I'm thinking about setting up this 150gal as a SA planted community with small plecs, rams, apistos, and either angels or discus. That was supposed to be the 75gal plan, but I might use the 75 as something else.
