Well, even though you likely won't listen, I'll give you my advice. Two platies in a 5.5 gallon is way too overstocked. Leave your betta in that tank. Leave your other betta in the 2.5 gallon and don't add any tankmates for him because a 2.5 is too small for anything else. I wouldn't add otos because they need a constant supply of algae and fresh vegetables. Also, they need an established and cycled tank that has been set up for several months. Otos need perfect water parameters and are not good for young tanks.
I'm unsure about the kribs and glass catfish because I've never kept them before. What I can tell you is if the glass catfish grow 4 inches or larger, keeping two is probably not a good idea. Larger catfish need a lot of space to explore and a 30 gallon would probably not be big enough unless it's a very long, shallow tank.
