that is certainly true with hair algae...but i guess i thought we were talking about the stuff on the glass...doesn't seem to me there is a really good way to grab it...at least not mine...cause its just that dort of green dust

I actually leave that on the back glass, the fish pick at it and its not a problem, there is none on the rocks so i am happy, i think it helps with removal of BAD STUFF in the water.
