How goes it with the saulosi?
Any sign of the sub-dom. 'male' coloring-up at all? Is 'he,' to use Katie's expression, getting any "tail" yet like the dominant male? lol

the saulosi are doing fine thanks BV :) im not so sure the 'sub-dom' is actually a male. I have not noticed him color up atall. I was watching them the other day and the 'sub-dom' and the dom male were chasing eachother and the dom male would shake his body infront of the sub-dom and then it looked like they were breeding, they like circled eachother and the sub-dom was trying to bite or nudge the dom egg spot, it was really weird.

Anyone got any ideas on this one?

Could be a dominant female, but i dont know. I thought only males had egg spots?!?
Im not sure i'll be getting anymore any time soon. If i see some online then i will probably get them but i wont be getting them in my lfs because they are wayyy too expensive and also they are called something like coral red saulosi, and i really dont want any hybrids.

Those 'crap quality' pics look pretty damn good to me!

I must say, the male is quite the handsome fellow. lol
The yellow one is a female, right? Then how about the orange-looking one---that must be the 'sub-dom,' eh? hehe
