Ok so come to find out I dont have two females that are holding....Orangeheads are BiParental Mouthbrooders, in other words I have a male and female pair that are holding.

Interesting, nomaly the female takes the eggs for the first while, then the male takes them till the eggs hatch. Are you sure you don't have two females holding?
