My pics are crappy compared to everyone elses. I don't have a working digital camera so I have to video tape it, then capture it then crop the picture. Oh well here they are:
Clown Pleco.jpg
Common Pleco.jpg
King Tiger Pleco 3.jpg

I am getting rid of the Common Pleco in a few weeks. :( I don't want to but he will get too big. I will replace him with another pleco though.

GN, How fast is he growing?? I have an L001. A smaller species of gibby that damned if he hasn't grown 2 inches in a little more than a month. Just wondering if this is normal for all gibbys?

Zoo minsi: He loves that piece of wood and I find him there often. But I do have to say that I wasnt going after him. I was trying to get a pic my new Discus and he just kept moving into the way. :p

Pure: I'd say that mine has probably grown about an inch in the time that I have had him. But I think that was becuase he was very malnutitioned. I almost think that fish have growth spurts like kids. :p

L001 aren't gibbies. They're G. joselimaianus. Joselimaianus and gibbies share the same genus but aren't the same fish (not a variant of one another).
It is supposed that G. joselimaianus don't grow as large as gibbies. I've never seen an adult L001, they must be gorgeous!

Wile yes you are correct, I was being very general and just trying to give people not in the know a basic idea of the fish, but thanks for the clarification.
