In my 90 I have a really high fishload, filtering it with bioballs and biowheels. To remove nitrates, I use a ton of live rock and live sand. I also use KENT marines nitrate sponge.

tres bien, I use french to get into school, thats about it, I took it for 11 years, but I dont take it anymore, but as a classisist you need to know German and French, along with Latin, and Greek, yea... I am a MAJOR nerd. but i dont write french anymore so i spell kind of poorly, but i am still verbally semi-fluent. he is speaking a differnt kind of French, canadian french, not French french, some differences, but not as different as Portuguese and Brazilian Portuguese, oh yea I speak Portuguese too, did I mention I am a NERD. K that was a rant, I just wrote alot for the skimmer stick so I think I might be rambling, well I can always make good use of the edit button later...
I speak it better than I write it is what I was saying, also that I live in Massachussets, and I went up to Montreal and stayed in the Ice Hotel, a very cool thing they have up there, an entire building made out of Ice that you can sleep in, very cool

your canister filter is just creating nitrates not removing them

My grades proved it. Yeah here we have a different french than in france. For a french tourist, it's like speaking arab. They just can't understand. My father's french so i speak "quebecois" and "french", when needed.
The ice hotel is in quebec city, 300 km from here ( 180 miles ). It's supposed to be awesome. Dunno, i live far away. Massachussets hey ? Mhhhh...a Bruins fan ? Grrrr

Now back to the topic : Maybe you should just use the canister filter for current and maybe use it when you need rowaphos or other products...
