When the water evaporate just add dechlorinated water just remember water evaporates salt doesn't.

1.) Add salt / water into a CLEAN bucket. (Mix it up)
2.) Enough to match the salinity of your tanks water.
3.) (I think) Instant Ocean is 1/2 cup to every gallon. (it says on the bag)
4.) Hydrometer -- Check and recheck water befor putting into the tank. You can add more salt or more water if needed.

i would add to his list one addendum: reserve one or two buckets that you will use only for the SW aquarium, that way you know its clean!
