Well actually having said that.. they would work with the current stocking, IF your tank was 30 gallons and you could comfortably accommodate 8-10. But in a 20 with the amount of fish you have I wouldn't chance it. Perhaps a smaller and more peaceful barb? Ruby barbs for example?

Well i was.....i guess im just bad at choosing fish. When i go to take him back, il take note of the fish in there. Could i do some Female Kribs or some Female Bettas?

I'm not an expert on female bettas so I'll wait for someone else to answer that. I'm not sure about kribs, it's a possibility I guess, a female krib might get stroppy with the ram though. What sort of fish are you wanting to complete the look with? Shoal? Loner? Pair? Centrepiece? Bottom/top dweller? It'll make helping you decide a lot easier.

I do still think you should bump the danio numbers and possibly the cherry barb numbers.

Hmm odd looking.. See, butterfly fish would suit that well but they'd have your danios for breakfast. Don't your catfish kinda class as odd looking?

So can see what else is there, come home and research it. Then ask us for advice on which would work best in the tank. That way you won't come back with something random that might cause havok if you buy on impulse again.

Fish...I am not trying to mean, just trying to help, so please listen.....Return the fish, figure out what you like and what you want, then come home and google your you know what off, then post here what you want. Then the experts on this forum will make sure you are making a good choice for you and for your fish.

Also do you have tank dementions? I don't think your tank is a 20long.

as for the pushing, I'm not. We gave you advice, if you want to get fish so bad you could build up your schools. I found that my tetras and WCMMs schooled better when i built the schools 5+. You could get better results with big arse shools.
