Well I wasn't saying that as a negative, just pointing it out. When we had company come over, the brichardi who were tending to a cloud of fry easily held the attention of everyone even sitting beside a 45 gallon dutch style planted tank. Just saying that color isn't everything. (no C-man, it's really not:))

Plus you always seem to be looking to breed something to make a few bucks, and with the average price of these that I've seen I'd guess you can get at least a buck or two for each juvie if not more.

I read an article about this guy who bred them and had like 20+ generations in his tank! Sounds like my 75G when it was just swordtails!! There really cool. I found some Bolivian rams yesterday, there all juvies but look realy good, so im gonna see if i can get 4 of them this week sometime and them mabey some neons or something just to bring some more colors in the tank. And i saw the CUTEST oscar yesterday, but my dad told me not to get him/her until i can move all the fish. So im gonna be busy this week with moving the fish, geting the Bolivian Rams, cleaning the tanks, cleaning the brine shrimp, etc, etc! Lol taking care of my fish is my favorite chore,my dad calls it a chore but i don't, but it is still fun to have my dad tell me to feed the fish or something before i can go somewhere and feeding the fish is my first thing to do every morining.

yep...its gross. cause then he coughs and they come out his nose sometimes *shudders*

and just so you know, the rams might get sorta aggressive when they start breeding . my GBRs got really bad. had a whole 75g and they cornered my 5 fish that were in it other than them...lol...silleh things.
and you could always keep the convicts and just use the fry as feeders for your soon to be oscar. would be a great source of goodness for him :)
cant you move your two angels into the 75g? or you think that might be pushing the bio-load a bit?

Ew thats gross. My cat is afraid of everything...literally!

Nah im not scared of the rams bullying my angels in the 30G if they pair up cause these angels aren't scared of anything and will hold there territory. Ill feed the oscar the brine shrimp cause i found hundreds of baby ones this morning insted of convict fry cause im gonna sell them. And no, i already have 2 angel pairs in the 75G, so if i add another...... all my fish will probably die:eek: Im thinking of doing this.

1. Sell an angel pair or 2
2. Sell the Convict pair and fry
3. move one of the angel pair into the other 30G
4. And get an Oscar

lol, hope you get a real tiny oscar then. or a magnifying glass so he can find them :)

so the oscar would go into the 55g...
pair of angels in the 30g replacing the convicts.
did you have another proven pair in the 30g your adding rams to?
which would leave you with tetras, kribs, kryholes, and the female betta to find a place for! lol

what do you plan on throwing in the 20g?

Once the convicts are gone, im gonna put the angels from the 55G into the 30G. I have 4 angel pairs so thats why im thinking of selling one. Im thinking of useing the 20G as either a breeding tank or cray/shrimp tank. I got the Bolivian rams today and there in the newer 30G. I got one male and one female and there both about 2 inches. Ill get some pics tommorrow if there not too shy:D!

You are right Orion, and i apologize. I got a new plan for the tank.

1. Sell one of the Angel pairs in there
2. Move the Pristella tetras and Krib into another tank
Here is a stocking option

2x Angels
2x keyhole cichlids
8x Cardinal tetras
1x Albino chocolate Pleco

Im still thinking of adding something else but im not sure what i wanna add.

lol! time to pull out a quarter and start flipping!
the albino chocolate pleco is just a color form of the common pleco i believe, so itll get big, but not as big
with the tetras...the angels may even be able to eat those so you may want to look into something bigger mayb

how are the keyhole eggs?
