Think i know what i want for the 55G

Lol katie i know i just can't make up my mind and its driving me nuts! I don't think that the Angels will kill the Cardinal Tetras cause none of my angels have killed any of my fish. The Keyhole wrigglers were eaten My step-brother's tank got cloudy and high nitrAte levels so i took 2 of his angels and had to put them into the 55G which added stress on the Keyholes. But im gonna setup the 20G and put them in there to breed and raise the fry.

LOL Katie it is Im thinking of just going to the lfs and see what they got and then if i see anything, ill get it.

Lol, once i can get rid of some fish or get another 55G, then the oscar will have to hold off I might sell my 10G,20G, and a 30G to get some money and to make some room for another 55G. Cause unless my dad lets me put the Oscar tank in the guest room to freak people out...then i will have to find some more room in my Bedroom

If your going to get another tank, why not go ahead and just get another 75 instead of a 55? Especially with a fish like an oscar that extra 6" of width will make a difference. And looking beyond the oscar, you have more options with a 75 anyway. Don't know about where you are at, but around here both are close enough in price to consider either.

If i can moved my bed into another room, then ill have enough room for the 75G. Ill just have to talk to my dad and see if mabey that can be a christmas present. And with that 75G, i could get a nice school of Discus, or what i have already asked my dad for... a pirhana liscence. But i don't think that i should get them until i have hasd more experience with predatory fish. Anyway, the guy from the lfs called me last night and said that he will gladly take an angel pair from me. So im gonna go this Saturday to the lfs, then once i get the store credit im gonna see what they got.

Ok i think that i have come up with an idea for the bottom, but i still need a top-dweller

2 angels
2 keyholes
8 cardinal tetras
2 ABN(i have a male, so ill get a female and get them to pair)

The angels and cardinals aren't just going to hang out along the bottom. They will venture to the mid and upper levels as well, so it's not like the top will be totally barren all the time, just some of the time.

Hatchets always make a good top dweller so long you've got a good fitting lid.

I have been looking at Hatchetfish, but i wanted to get something else. To me, there too common. But i may just go with them.

Well im going to the lfs in a few hours. My brother is taking down his 29G and i got his fish.

55G:
1 Bn
1 albino cory
3 black neon tetras

75G:
Angel pair(now i got 5 )
4 chocolate doradids(not full grown yet, but im gonna sell them once they are)

So im gonna get some cardinal tetras for the 55G, and some top dwellers. I have 50.00 to spend over there, so i hope i get some good fish!

I got 3 ottos today! There are soooo cute! Two of them are grey and black, and one is gold and black. Has anyone ever seen one that is gold and black? How do you sex them?
