Well the worst thing possible happened. I never got the live rock. Idk, the company must be closed down but still have a web page, because they havent takin any money of my credit card? So this weekend i will be getting my lr. Which is a MAJOR set back. I promise i will have pics up after i get it. It made me soooooooooooooooo MAD!!!

I would have been really mad too. I can't wait to see the pictures when you get the LR in the tank. Are you still going to get around 25 pounds to put in there?

FINALLY, i got my lr in today at 8 am this morning*BOUNCINGS . All i can say is its about time! Well how does this look. I just kinda through it in. There are alot of hitch hikers that i found just by taking it out of the paper it was wrapped in, there probably died though since it was in pretty cold weather on its trip up here. What do u think?

Thanks shift! Well i already change the aquascape because i felt that it was just to unstable. My friend [amaster] is coming over tomorrow and hes going to help me aquascape cause he has very nice looking tanks IMO. Hows your tank going, i only see an update maybe once a week?

Finally you got the LR!!! lol looks good but that did look really unstable setup the way it was. I'm looking forward to seeing how you decide to set it all up.

Ummm, i think i have a BIG problem. My ammonia is so high that its not even on my charts! And my ph is 7.7. What should i do about the ammonia? I am also starting to think about what lights to get? How many watts should i have if im only going to get zoa's and maybe a few different polyps?

Don't worry too much about the ammonia, it's all part of the cycle.

I'm not too great on lighting, but you'd be OK with PC lighting (probably a double strip) if you just want zoas and mushrooms, etc.

I would say as many watts as you can get. Are you looking for a hood or an open top system?

This is how my water test today turned out. Ammonia: off the scale, Nitrite: off the scale but i guess it to be about 5-7 mg/l, ph: 7.7, sg high cause i need to top it off 1.027. I didnt know that my ammonia and nirtites were supposed to be high at the same time. I thought it was ammonia spike to no ammonia then nitrite spike then 0 then ready for cuc?
