The pH is low, but that's OK for a cycling tank.
You might want to raise your salinity to 1.024 or 1.025. You can do that by topping off with saltwater instead of freshwater.
Right now, you should be testing for ammonia and nitrites, to see where you are in the cycle. Ammonia and nitrite should both spike, then drop to zero over the course of the cycle.
Don't bother testing for nitrates until your ammonia and nitrites drop to zero, as those can skew your nitrate test.

Todays tests as follows: Nitrite 0.3 or less, ammonia .25-0, ph is still low 7.7, and s/g is 1.024 today i noticed brown algae starting to grow on my substrate so it wont be to long until i add my cuc. I have to get my 25lbs of lr soon. I will think that it will cause a little spike in ammonia but nothing serious. How do my levels sound?
Sounds Good sounds like your cycle is coming around good . i would get more LR in there thou . becuse if you ad another 25 pounds at once that might start a cycle again .
i would wait until all LR is added and amn and nitrite is o . then add a CUC .

I know im so excited about my LR, i cant wait for it to get here. I ordered it a few days back thought it would be here today but its not so hopefully tomorrow! I do have updates though about my substrate. It seems that i have little tiny black things on my substrate? I also have quite a bit of brown algae starting to go wild on my substrate, uhh i wish i already had that live rock!
Well it really all depends on how much if any dieoff there is. There will probably be a little ammonia spike so i would say about 1.5-2 weeks till i get my cuc.Tomorrow and i will have had the tank up for a week! Luckily i dont think that there are any hitchhikers that came with my first batch of LR.
